The property enjoys a spacious open-plan living space that is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a wall-mounted smart flat-screen HDTV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge and a breakfast bar for two.

Outside, guests can enjoy a partially covered terrace which is furnished with sun-loungers and an additional dining table. This area can be accessed through large glass doors, providing a natural extension to the living area.

Location

The apartment is situated in a small village on the outskirts of Stresa on Lake Maggiore. The village is surrounded by forest and offers some wonderful hiking through the trees with spectacular lake views.

Stresa enjoys many Belle Époque-style buildings and villas, but its’ main attractions are the picturesque Borromean Islands, which are known for their opulent palaces and well-manicured gardens. The islands can be reached via one of the ferries in the port (a 14-minute drive away).

The beautiful Park Villa Pallavicino and two local beaches are a 15-minute drive away and there are two restaurants within a 3-minute\' walk from the apartment one of which doubles as a small shop during the summer season.

For golfers, Golf Club Alpino di Stresa is a 10-minute drive and Golf Des Iles Borromees is an 8-minute drive. The nearby Mottarone mountain also provides a popular destination offering panoramic views across the Lake, visitors can take a cable car ride to the summit and enjoy hiking and skiing.

The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP), approximately a 42-minute drive from the accommodation.
