'Excelente hotel, personal y comida, nuestra estancia fue grandiosa, el cuarto muy limpio y con gran espacio. El desayuno y la cena fue buffet, con gran variedad y muy rico. El onsen privado muy agradable. También ofrecen servicio de renta de ski y de snowboard, al igual que la ropa y el equipo que necesites. Sin duda regresaré. '

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'From the arrival to departure. The stay was incredible. Room was really big and traditional. Food was an experience itself both dinner and breakfast were incredible. Highlights were the private outdoor onsen. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The town is really cute at night. Would totally recommend and go back.'

'Staff and room were exceptional. Pillows were a bit hard but you can ask for softer ones. Main problem was lack of ammenities tho there's a drug store a 10 minute walk away from it to buy some.'

'This is a beautiful Japanese traditional lodging with two shared and a private onsen. It is close to the Yudanaka station and Lawson convenient store. With two kids, we stayed in a large family room with a living room and a bathroom (toilet only). The kids enjoyed watching Japanese kids show in the living room and the grown-ups can relax on the tatami next door. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. Everything is just so perfectly arranged for our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are...

'Yes, the room was spotless '

'Property had exposed knob and tube, which is a fire hazard for this kind of structure. Due to the age of the inn, there is no insulation. Rooms must be heated with space heaters which further increases the risk of fire. The accumulation of dust and various other contaminants triggered allergic reactions to several members of my family. On a positive note, food was very authentic and delicious. The comments and reviews need to reflect the condition of this inn.'

'直近のゲレンデは高天ヶ原スキー場、そこまで徒歩で2-3分でした。 施設は古いものの今年から「オールインクルーシブ」となっており、いつでもアルコール類を含めたドリンクがフリー、さらにレンタルも無料、昼食も無料、で素晴らしかった。 大浴場も古いものの気持ちよかった。 スタッフは数が少ないものの一人ひとりの対応はよく、アットホームの雰囲気は素晴らしかった。'
