'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'I received last min cancellation request from the property saying they have ceiling issue. No alternative replacement and solution given, and I have yet receive any refund from them. '

'Redelijk tot goed verblijf. De tweede etage is erg slecht voor ontvangst wifi en tv. Ben verhuisd naar de 1ste etage waar het beter ging. Geen ramen in het midden gedeelte. Op de kamer zelf kan wel wat onderhoud plaatsvinden. Stoel kapot, afdekplaatje wastafel weg, deur kast sluit niet goed. Erg rommelig ontbijt, weinig Westerse gasten. Zoals ik zei redelijk tot goed.'
