'on 2nd day of stay, the room power supply cut off after card was inserted. Tried 5 times and power only on for less than a minute and cut off automatically. Tried calling guest services but phone rang for 3 mins yet no one answering. Finally I have to queue up at concierge and was told electrician will go over and he came half an hour later. After I returned to room, all was normal. Seems like the room was previously deactivated and resumed to service again after my complaint.'

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom'

'Convenient location, spacious and clean!'

'Overall good experience. Nice amenities'

'写真とは違います。まずわりと古いです。 冷蔵庫も薄汚れていたりしますが、 最初から期待しなければ、ベッドも広くて静かで、値段相応だと思います。'

'Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and good food.'

'Fantastic location and comfortable stay! The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it’s right next to Komtar JBCC and City Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, especially after crossing CIQ. The room was spotless, modern, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay here again on my next...

'The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay'

'The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians.'

'Close to shops and heritage street (10 min walk). One of the concierges, Sejun, helped us very good with information and transport. '

'Excellent location near to KSL and street shops, restaurants. Overall a good stay experience.'

'Wonderful week-long stay for our family! Smooth check-in and fantastic communication from the host. The apartment was spacious, clean and in an excellent location close to R&F Mall and all amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Johor Bahru.'

'Great services and property for the price! Free mini bar and welcome gift. Nice memory here'

'Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing'

'Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service.'

'Naar tevredenheid '

'Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Kamer moet wel gerenoveerd worden. Personeel was aardig.'
