'This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom'

'The hotel is just next to Midvalley southkey mall. Very convenient. The room is clean and staffs very helpful. Only setback is breakfast very crowded with very long queue.'

'Sprawling property, well maintained. Some renovations were underway while we were there but not too much of a hindrance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet spread had a good range and also catered for dietary restrictions like gluten free etc. Food and service across the restaurants was generally pretty decent. Areas for improvement are probably in entertainment for kids. Kids club and the coral lounge had limited activities. '

'Restaurants did not meet expectations. Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night. There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes. '

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Had a wonderful 1 day stay since is a short getaway. Room is decent n nice. Got a room at 30th floor due to free upgrade. As need leave early didn’t manage to view the high floor view. Will come again to try their bkfast soon thanks '

'The outdoor pool was a perfect size to swim and get our morning and evening workout in. '

'Decent breakfast with store to cook eggs and also noodles section. The in house video uses all staff for the production - good idea. Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524.'

'Hotel is clean, staffs are polite and alway smiling. Hotel room is clean but the only downside is toilet flush is faulty, after flushing, the water will flow for 2 minutes that very noisy during night time. Tv remote volume button is not working. Hotel buffet breakfast is nomral but staffs are nice. Overall, the expernice is good and i will come back again. '
