They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Our stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kobe had both positives and negatives.
Positives:
• Check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were very nice.
• The room was very spacious and included a massage chair.
• The location was excellent, right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk to the station.

"Het was een erg fijn hotel. Het enige nadeel was het geluid s avonds laat van het park en station. Maar het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zuiver en groot. Met een beetje geluk heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op het park. Ik zou hier zo weer blijven!"
