Riverwood Retreat 2BR on Main Street

Riverwood Retreat is a dog-friendly two-bedroom, one-bath apartment for up to four guests on Historic Main Street. Warm wood tones and natural textures give the flat its forest-inspired character, with restaurants, shops, the riverfront and seasonal events nearby.

Downtown noise
Main Street is an active dining and nightlife district. Music, voices, traffic and community events may be audible inside, including late at night, especially on weekends and event dates. Sound machines are provided, but they do not eliminate outside noise. Guests who need a quiet sleeping environment may prefer a quieter location. Sounds from neighboring apartments and common areas may also be heard.

The apartment

- A large parking lot behind the building; follow posted signs and keep entrances and walkways clear

Kitchenette and laundry
The kitchenette has a portable electric hot plate and essential cookware for simple meals. There is no built-in range or oven. No in-unit washer or dryer is provided.

Location and arrival
Explore Historic Main Street restaurants, boutiques and seasonal events, or visit the riverfront, Frontier Park and the Katy Trail. During major downtown events, road closures, pedestrian traffic and parking restrictions may affect arrival. Allow extra travel time and follow posted signs and local detours.

House policies
- Dogs only. A $150 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in a $300 fee.
- No indoor smoking; a $250 violation fee applies.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made the day before or day of arrival or departure and are subject to housekeeping availability and approval. Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Unauthorized late departures are subject to a $50 fee.
- Reservations longer than 21 days include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
- A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided. Guests staying longer should plan to replenish supplies.
- Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
