When we got to the unit the a/c wasn’t working, the management team moved us to the unit across the hall. We we got up in the morning we noticed bug bite marks on my son’s back. We checked under the bed he slept in and found dead bedbugs. I then checked under the bed I slept in and found more dead bedbugs. The management company noticed us the original unit’s a/c was fixed so we went back to that unit and checked under the bed there and again we found dead bedbugs. I notified the management company when we found the bedbugs in the first unit and again in the second unit. I told them this was unacceptable and we were not going to stay there. In a text message from them that they understood and would be issuing a full refund right away. It’s been over a week and no refund yet. How can you rent vacation rental property that has bedbugs? This is totally unacceptable and if I don’t get a full refund within a few days I will never use your company again and I will be posting this information with pictures on social media.
