The Painted Horse is a 2,692 sq foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including large flat-screen Smart HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is set up to accommodate golf groups and families, featuring a foosball table for your enjoyment in our newly constructed home. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio with outdoor lighting, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

It was perfect for our group. Kitchen provided items needed. The only problems we encountered was the A/c did not cool down the unit until the last day and tha smoke alarm beeped each night at 3am ion the master bedroom upstairs. Aside from these, we enjoyed our stay. We were able to have others join us for dinner. Loved the pool

Great place to stay for our soccer tournament weekend. We especially liked the foosball table and table tennis. Mostly quiet with the exception of the highway noise in the bedrooms on the south side. Would stay here again!

The condo was nice. Everything was clean and well supplied. The location is a little far out of town but that is the only knock on this place. The amenities were good. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts which are very close to this unit. The golf course is first class.

Perfect stay at perfect location.

Home was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Great location. Just far enough from town to be secluded but perfect for exploring the many canyons and nature. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

We enjoyed the property and the accessibility to our plans. The bed sheets could have been a bit more fitted to the beds, we struggled with the sheets popping off the corners. We didn’t find bedding for the fold out couch which we needed to utilize. But with that said we felt the accommodations were excellent.

Loved Painted Horse - Second Time for Us!

This owner does it right. Everything needed was at our fingertips. Walk to the pool from the front door was about 100 steps, maybe. Meals with a view from the top deck could not be beat. This condo is only 6 minutes from downtown St. George yet just far enough away from town and large developments to really feel like a getaway - a hidden gem, for sure.

What a fantastic property

This property was so great! We loved all the room it had for the 12 family members who stayed there. It was convenient to the pool and pickle ball courts and all of the hiking. The only suggestion I would give is to add a gas fire pit to the patio or deck. We saw lots of people using some and it was a little chilly at night when we were there. It would be a perfect addition to this amazing condo. We will definitely be renting here again!

Clean and good location

The painted house is exactly how it was described on the listing and it was very clean. However, some things that could have made our stay more comfortable and better are: 1. The internet was very spotty and 3 of us who had to work couldn't do our work at the house because of this big problem. So if you are working remotely, this is not the place to stay. Management tried to figure it out but to no avail., 2. The microwave was broken - the management came to try to fix but it they weren't able to do so. This would have made our meals easier for leftovers to be heated or cooked. 3. It was a cold week so it would have been nice if there was a firepit in the upstairs deck so we could at least have used it and enjoyed the space during the week. So it was useless space for us. 4. The back deck with BBQ grill & dining table could also have used an outside heater so we could have had meals outside and cooked on the BBQ. The grill was not clean and there was not any propane for use. 5. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with basic things. The things that could be added are: full sets of measuring cups & spoons. Foil, ziplock baggies, dish brush for cleaning dishes before dishwashing, and maybe a bigger pot for cooking soups. Otherwise, it had a great amount of serving dishes. 6. Could use more pillows and pillowcases and thicker blankets for the cold. The beds were pretty firm and it was hard to get a nice comfortable sleep on them. Maybe pillowtoppers on beds would be more comfortable. 7. The TVs are not that great. The sound system is very low and you can't hardly hear the one downstairs main room. Streaming was not easy either due to the internet issues. Overall, our stay was nice despite the cold weather. We enjoyed the fireplace a lot to keep the place warm. The location of the Painted Horse in the Ledges was good and close to the pool amenities. Being just off the main road was not a problem - it was not noisy at all since some of the reviews mentioned it.

Beautiful location and hime

We’ve stayed at a few property in the Ledges development and this is probably the nicest one. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family. We were there for a concert at Tuachan, so the location was good, even though it’s a bit outside the city.

Beautiful accommodations!

This property was the perfect fit for our group! The house was clean and spacious. The upstairs patio was one of our favorite places to hang out as a group. The only little issue was that the refrigerator froze some of our food. I’m sure that is an easy fix. Overall I would recommend this property and we are definitely planning on coming back!

Beautiful Property

Although we paid for an early check-in and couldn't get in when we arrived, the property manager was there within a few minutes after we contacted them and got us in. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for everybody, huge dinner table where the adults could sit and visit while eating. Upstairs patio was great in the evening. We will definitely book this same house again for another visit.
