The open-concept layout creates plenty of room to relax and gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for your group easy and enjoyable.

Each of the five king bedrooms features a private ensuite, giving guests their own comfortable space to retreat to. Two additional bedrooms with queen bunk beds provide fun and flexible accommodations for kids or additional guests. With generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a beautiful lagoon-front setting, and room for everyone to spread out, this home makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your Southern Utah getaway together.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
