Sun-Kissed II is designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen makes it perfect to gather for meals, while the 2,100-square-foot townhome offers plenty of space to spread out. Family-friendly touches include a stroller, high chair, and kid-friendly utensils, making it easy to settle in with little ones. Smart TVs throughout the home provide entertainment for relaxing downtime.

Each of the four bedrooms features a private attached bathroom and comfortable beds with plush mattresses, complemented by high-end furnishings throughout. Step outside to the private rooftop terrace, where you can unwind in the hot tub, watch TV, or gather around the fire pit. Just off the main living area, an additional patio offers a BBQ and dining space for enjoying meals outdoors.


Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
