« The front desk at checkout was rude didn’t want to give me a receipt and I paid for a room with a microwave it didn’t have one so all the food i bought before was just obsolete. The cleaning people were lazy didn’t want to change my sheets nobody was even in the room for hours came back the beds were the same as we left them. The mini fridge was broken, the shower door was sliding on its own. I really feel like I was robbed I’ll never go back. »

« Séjour de deux nuits pour visiter la ville de Chicago. Petit déjeuner inclus pas très élaboré mais correct. Déplacement vers la ville prend environ 45 minutes en raison du trafic mais je ferais le même choix considérant le prix des hôtels dans la ville même et ce malgré le prix du stationnement (42$ US pour la journée près de la tour Willis) »
