After a day of seaside adventures, cool off with a refreshing dip in the community pool, cozy up around the firepit or gather for a movie night on the expansive 75” Roku 4K Smart TV in the living room. 4k Roku TVs are available in master and guest bedroom as well.

Master bedroom: king bed, nightstands with chargers and side lamps, private 4k Roku smart TV, changing table, walk in closet, master bathroom

Bedroom 2: queen bed, private 4k Roku smart TV

Bedroom 3: 2 twin over twin bunk beds

Living room: 75” Roku 4k smart TV, sectional sofa, coffee table, baby toys.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with blender, toaster, electric kettle 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig hot and cold coffee maker, mugs, utensils, baby plates, bowls, mugs, and bibs.

Bathrooms: Complimentary bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer for guests use.

Community pool: Complimentary access to the community pool located behind the house. 9 am until 10 pm

Community playground: Complimentary access to the playground located behind the house.

Other complementary things for our guests:
Beach towels (for use during the stay only), sun screen, lip balm with spf, baby pack and play, booster chair.
If you bring unauthorized pets to the house, there will be automatic penalty of $500.

Smoking in the house or garage is prohibited and if smell is detected, $500 will be charged as penalty.
Smoking is allowed outside the house only. When smoking, you must make sure all doors and windows are closed so the smoke doesn't get into the house.

Do not flush anything in toilet except toilet paper.

The primary Guest must be an adult over 25 years in age who has a place of permanent residence to return to and who will be present during the entirety of the rental.
