« The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. « This was our first time in London. We traveled with our teenage boys. The location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament and the London Eye. Lots of options for dining and groceries. The flat was just the right size to give everyone their space and be together as well. The host was very responsive. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. »
