'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'The property was very well maintained. The hallways were wide and bright and clean. The rooms were were clean and tidy. The sheets were clean and smelled fresh and the bathroom was modern and super clean (one of my pet peeves). The breakfast was very good with enough options for both kids and adults with plenty of seating. The hotel location was great as it was a 15 min walk to the Arch and about the same to Busch Stadium. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to downtown St Louis.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown St. Louis. We would stay here again if we come to St. Louis again. The staff were amazing and the breakfast at the bistro was delicious.'

'Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Terrible place. Dirty Floors and hall way. No Cleaning at all.. Iron board was so old and it had damage that I didn't notice and when I ironed my shirt got damaged. Over all Terrible stay.'

'The hotel itself was very well maintained, and the woman at the front desk during the day was absolutely wonderful. Our room appeared to be clean, but we found a bottle cap on the night stand and the trash hadn’t been taken out. This was noticed as soon as we arrived in our room.
