Fantastic stay! This mama was very happy because the cleaning crew does a great job! And this place still smells new! Plenty of space, two masters and two pull out sleeper sofas, 2.5 baths. Loved that the pool room has a code so littles cannot go without permission. No mountain view but the privacy, trees and proximity to town cannot be beat. Great back deck for morning coffee and reading: main level and lower level. Also the roads are not very steep so it's an easy drive. Space to park 3 cars. The previous reviews were helpful in that you do need to take swimming towels. Also take laundry detergent, it's so nice to be able to clean towels and swim clothes. We took extra toilet paper and paper towels and did use one of our rolls of each. But there are convenience stores nearby for extras. The kitchen and frige were plenty roomy to be able to cook and sprawl out for the 6 of us. The owners made check in and out very easy. We didn't have need to communicate otherwise but felt that they were easy to reach. No yard space to play outside but the indoor pool takes the place of that. The kids didn't even ask to go outside. 12-15 min to the Island in Pigeon Forge. Everything was so close yet we got the perfect privacy! We would definitely use this place again.
