« Petit déjeuner »

« Had a room in the loft, it was very warm but thankfully there was a fan. The shower ran a trickle of water, so wasn't enjoyable. Bar was open late which was good as we could have a last drink before going to bed. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. »

« The Swan was the perfect place to stay in Alton. Great location, very friendly staff, and comfortable and clean room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. »

« Personnel agréable, et pub sur place »

« Super hôtel pour tous ceux qui veulent profiter de la belle campagne anglaise. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner délicieux. Très "cozy"! »

The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! The very individual touch to the room (they know what it is, we won't spoil the surprise for the guests...it's genius)and the bed was VERY comfortable. « Chambre et accueil très bien Petit déjeuner décevant »

« A well managed hotel which is part of a beautiful country mansion, Friendly and diligent staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with lots of thoughtful touches, generous tea and coffee supplies, bottle of water, clothes brushes, trouser press and ironing facilities, great for a special event! Peaceful setting in lush gardens. Fab breakfast, wide choice of food and all perfectly cooked. »

« Chambre parfaite , spacieuse , très propre et joliment déoré , literie très confortable , par contre manque de réactivité du personnel en ce qui concerne le restaurant pour prendre la commande des plats , d'ailleurs les plats sont très cher ,serveuse manque d'amabilité , idem pour le bar, petit déjeuner excellent beaucoup de choix entre le sucré et salé. personnel du petit-déjeuner adorable. »

« Parfait. Rien a redire. Le personnel est trèd accueillant et le petit dejeuner compris dans la chambre est fait a la carte de maniere délicieuse et fraiche »

« Good restaurant »

« My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...

« We had to cancel our booking because our flight has been delayed arrived too late at gatwick to take our rental car. We had no way to go down to the hotel and the hotel refused the refund and did not even propose to use the night another time or in another holiday inn. Not commercial !!!! »

« Stayed whilst riding Southdowns way (mtb). Bit of a detour (8k) but not to bad. Excellent large room. Great breakfast provided in-room and excellent Thai dinner. Very fresh and generous portions (set meal). Lovely and helpful staff. »
