« Excellente expérience. Personnel gentil, chambre propre, petit dej agréable. »

« We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

« Very nice property and clean rooms. Restaurant on site was very good. »

« Location was perfect! Steps away from the city center.. the only downside was that you can hear people in the hallway, so sometimes in the morning that’s what would wake us up! Besides that the place was perfect for a weekend in Florence ! »

« We experienced freezing night without heat the management's explanation was rude and combative. It was not fun!!! »

« Bel endroit dans un joli quartier. Accueil chaleureux et élégant. »
