The place worked well for 3 kids, and two separate groups of adults with the two separate master suites, lots of space. The listing says sleeps 10, which it would, but the silverware and plate situation had us washing dishes after every meal as there weren’t many of either, so you probably should get plastic utensils. There were 8 bikes there, many were rusty but worked ok. The WiFi and TV weren’t working on arrival and the pool card wasn’t left for us and the response was very quick. We were told the golf cart had an incident with the previous guests and they were going to bring us a new one the next day, but we could still drive the golf cart. A new cart was never brought. It turned a little scary as we came back after dark our last night and the headlights kept turning off, it was not safe. The golf cart or bikes are must to get to the beach as there is very little parking around the beach and shops for cars. The neighborhood pool was nice, it was cooler when we were there so the heated pool and hot tub were appreciated. There were also a lot of beach chairs, sand toys and other things in the garage. If you have more than one vehicle, parking is a little tough but we found spots down the street. The grocery store is really close, which was great.
