« Great property with a perfect location, everything is walkable - the seaside shops, the beach, restaurants. You just park your car and get around easily on foot. It's small and quaint, is perfect for 2 and has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. »

« Stay was great, but there was construction on the house next door so saws and power tools started up at 7;30 am. Not fun. Also, two of our vehicles got nails in tires. »

« Absolutely beautiful home! Convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. Property Manager was easy to communicate with (we only had a couple of questions but, received swift and courteous responses). We had a fantastic time and made new memories and this property was a bing part of it. »

« We had a blast and the convenience of the house to everything made it all so much fun. We rode bikes in the evening and took the golf cart out to the multiple beach accesses throughout the week. Our family loved hopping on the cart to grab ice cream, souvenirs, and a couple essentials just down the street. « The house was great and provided ample space for two families with 6 kids total. The only issue we had was with the space in garage. The listing makes it seem as though the garage is needed for the golf cart that comes with the listing and that is actually only partially accurate. The problem is the owners golf cart is also parked in the garage which does not allow much room to store your beach items. Parking wasn’t a big issue, we were able to find spots just across the street. »

« Not having to think about one thing while on vacation! This home had EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The host made this the most enjoyable stay I have ever had on 30A and we have been coming for years. Location was the best ever. Quiet street that offered tons of privacy yet minutes to local shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
