Our TV did not work and there was hair in the sink. Our door also did not properly close. Overall not a great experience. Then our second room, the bathroom floor was sticky.'

'Twee nachten verbleven in Chicago. Dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. Op de 40e verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht. Goed zoeken bij aankomst, niet goed aangegeven bij betreden gebouw. Kom hier zeker terug bij nieuw bezoek aan deze waanzinnige stad! '
