'Back Beach Cottages' is a unique property with a two cottage set up. Both houses have wonderful views of the ocean and share a private yard/ garden.
The property offers the best of both worlds in that it's an ideal location for enjoying a quiet beach while also only being a 10-minute walk to downtown Rockport.
The property is steps away from Back Beach and a 5-minute walk to Front Beach. The property comes with 2 off street parking spots in driveway.
Property has Tesla Charger (220V).

Some details on each of the houses: The 'Main House' has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; a master bedroom with queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. The Main House second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The Main House has an open kitchen/dining room and a living room with bay windows that look out to the ocean.

The Back Cottage is located just behind the Main House and has 1 Bedroom on the second floor (up a set of spiral stairs). The bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a deck located off of bedroom with views of the ocean. The Back Cottage has a galley kitchen, stove, and refrigerator (no dishwasher), and bathroom. The couch on the first level in Back Cottage has a double pullout bed for additional guests. (2) Wonderful views of the ocean from bedroom and balcony off of the bedroom.

Every Sunday in the summer the town band gives a concert at the bandstand in front of the house in the evening. You can hear the music and see the performance from the house and yard and makes for a wonderful evening. This takes place 1-2 nights a week in June, July and Aug.
