« Perfect location. Super easy walk to both Front and Back Beaches. Front Beach wasn’t too crowded and my kids loved the swim platform off the shore. Nice to have bathrooms there too! Quick walk to shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and welcoming, with friendly neighbors too. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped, but I realize I’m in the minority with cooking meals at home while on vacation! We really had a great week and would highly recommend this spot. »

« We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. « It is a great place to stay with kids and older adults. So easy to get to the beautiful sandy beach. The water was so clear, shallow and gentle waves. Very refreshing water temperature. Shed in back has many beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, 3 floats too. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was wonderful to change or just rinse off the sand before entering the house. « Cute little cottage. Incredible location near one of the most beautiful towns and long pristine beaches and natural habitat preserves I've encountered. We used to go to Plum Island when I was a kid and when my kids were young. Even more interesting than I remembered.The house has a nice, well-furnished kitchen, and it's a lovely, small, cozy space. « We stayed in the property for one night, so we were in and out. The house is older, but everything works great and it was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the back year/deck is simply amazing. The ocean, the lighthouse, the boats are just beautiful and is worth every bit of what we paid. I didn’t have a need to communicate with the host but all check in and check out directions were sufficient. »
