This 2,300 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain retreat sits on 40 private acres with awe-inspiring views, air conditioning and endless outdoor space to explore; the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Featuring a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, a custom stone fireplace in the main living room, spacious dining area, wrap-around expansive deck with a salt water hot tub and gas grill. During the summer months stay cool and comfortable with central air conditioning.

The lower-level recreation room is the perfect space to gather to play games or watch your favorite movie together.

After a full day of adventure retreat to the Primary En-suite bedroom, on the main level, featuring a Queen bed, wood-burning fireplace, a corner whirlpool bathtub, direct access to the deck and hot tub. The second En-suite bedroom, on the main level, features a Queen bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate office perfect for the remote professional in your group. The third En-suite bedroom, located on the lower level features a Queen bed and a Trundle Day Bed, with a full bathroom and walk-in shower.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking Policy: Guests are welcome to park up to two regular-size vehicles in the garage and two regular-size vehicles on the driveway outside of the garage. Trailers and RVs not allowed, due to long, narrow driveway.
• Fire Policy: No outdoor fires permitted at Catamount properties per HOA bylaws. ATVs may only be ridden on the road.
• Winter Access: 4WD/AWD with snow tires required September 1 – May 30.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
