« This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds. The screened in front porch is a charming and unusual feature. The house was absolutely spotless. I’m very picky and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t sparkling! « Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. « Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable. One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. »

« Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available. »
