"It was perfectly positioned, within walking distance of the centre (through a beautiful park) and all the attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The receptionist gave us a street map on arrival and pointed out good areas for eating and where to avoid. "We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "

"We had an amazing stay. The area is beautiful. The House of David is great for a big group of friends or family sharing. Common areas are huge and very new. All rooms are very private and have complete bathrooms. The swimming pool was a great addition, kids were over the moon. On top, the kids had an outdoor covered area to play with a ping pong table and basketball. Then for the garden, you have badminton and petanque. Very good. Thank you David!"

"My only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. This apartment was well furnished, very cute and in the most convenient location. Very walkable to dozens of restaurants, bars and the best bakeries. I would highly recommend this apartment. We were two people and it was so spacious. Located on 3rd floor for those who have trouble with stairs, not a problem for us, but could be for some. I would definitely return."

"Jo greeted us with a smile and good instructions about the apartment. Information about bakery, groceries and sites of Reims were provided as well, all within walking distance from the apartment. We arrived by train and we were able to walk to the the apartment within 10 minutes (easy walking through a wonderful park area..enjoy the lovely large trees providing tons of shade)"

"The location of the apartment is good... it's close to all the sights and lots of restaurants. Everything was comfortable and nicely decorated. Parking in the garage next store was very convenient. The host is very nice..we managed to communicate even though neither of us spoke the other's language. We highly recommend this apartment."

"Les 4 appartements permettent une bonne intimité mais il faudrait amenager un des logements pour accueillir les repas d’un groupe de 20 personnes ( une grande table). Il manque des marmites de grande contenance et un lave vaisselle ( il y a plusieurs lave linge!). Nous avons eu aussi des personnes d’une autre location qui ont fait la fête jusque 5 heures du matin la 2eme nuit....."

"Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much."
