'Apartment is in a fantastic location. , right in the centre of Madrid on Gran Via with shops , bars and restaurants within minutes walkIt’s very spacious and the bedrooms perfectly placed for privacy . The terrace is such an asset in the hot Madrid weather and gives an area to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Flavie was excellent I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable Madrid visit '

'Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. 'Seven of our family members stayed 8 nights. The location was perfect for a quick walk to grocery store, bakery (every day!) and a variety of restaurants. We walked to the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Grand Via, Plaza Mayor and the World’s Oldest Restaurant Sobrino de Botin (Guinness World Records). A 20 minute Uber ride took us to the train for a 40 minute ride to a day in Toledo. We all were very happy to return to “our apartment” to rest for dinner and evening strolls. 'Hemos estado 2 días y gracias a la buena ubicación del apartamento hemos visitado todo lo que nos interesaba, desplazando nos o en Metro (a 3 minutos a pie) o directamente caminando, hay unos muy buenos restaurantes en el barrio. En pleno centro pero tranquilo, un barrio con mucho encanto, con bares, restaurantes, supermercados, todo a 2 pasos. El apartamento es acogedor y bien equipado y Bárbara muy amable y servicial. Volveremos seguro!'

'Jose, the manager of this property, was great. Called him on the way to the flat from the airport. It was early in the day so he directed the taxi driver to his house, so we could store our luggage. Turns out his place is only 50 meters from our booked rental. The flat was ready in a couple of hours and we were quickly situated. The location is unbelievably perfect. 'Fuimos dos días a Madrid para que los niños vieran cortilandia y las luces de navidad y la estancia fue muy buena. Cortilandia está a 5 min no llega andando, tienes supermercados en la zona abiertos todo el día, el apartamento está completo con menaje de cocina y todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días en Madrid.
