« Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased. »

« 1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing. 4. The shower curtain is...

« The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back. »

« Amazing views! Golf carts to move around the property was a nice addition. Nice pool, great beach, awesome vibe »

« This property was perfect for island adventuring that our family wanted to experience. The host was very responsive, when we had questions. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for our family of 4 (two teenage girls), when we were not adventuring around the island. »

« Great place to stay with children. Very centrally located and the pools were very kid friendly. »

« Wonderful property! »

« Wonderful trip to this Hotel. The food, the room, the pool, everything was perfect. »

« VRBO unit in a Outrigger Resort. Clean room, including bar fridge and coffee maker, well stocked with coffee pods, tea and creamers. Air conditioning was very effective. Plenty of towels ( bath and beach), beach umbrella, boogy board, cooler and beach chairs in room for use. Rooms not serviced daily by the resort property. We made own beds and kept room tidy. Resort notified us that owner will service room on request. Resort amenities - nice pools and loungers, did not see the gym. Daily...

« Well located property »

« Extremely poor service. Long waiting Times for absolutely everything. Very noisy rooms. It was very disppointing and ruined our holidays. Very expensive for what you get. It is at best a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend »

« Very nice room. Very responsive owners. »

« Listing was extremely accurate regarding location, layout, amenities, and activities. We were very pleased with our unit. Even though the property was a bit dated, our room was extremely clean and well maintained. Onsite property management was excellent and the service was outstanding. Vacation Candy also provided excellent customer service and I would certainly recommend Vacation Candy as the only property manager to use for any VRBO location. I would recommend this property to a...
