This hotel is perfect, relaxing vibe, the cenote is amazing, the staff is so humble and attentive, excellent service, food was delicious. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The pool was in maintenance, did not communicate. Although upgrade - this was sad.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotelito Azul. The property has been beautifully renovated and has a fresh, relaxing atmosphere. Every morning, a complimentary basket of artisanal bread and American coffee was delivered to our room, which was such a lovely way to start the day. The Hotelito Azul team was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. At first, I was a little unsure about having communication primarily through WhatsApp, as it was a new experience for me. However, I quickly became comfortable with it. The team always responded very quickly, and I never had to worry about getting assistance whenever I needed it. We also enjoyed the gym and spent plenty of time relaxing on the rooftop terraces, taking in the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding Tulum jungle. A beautiful place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the Tulum experience. We would definitely stay here again!
