Reserva de la Biósfera Tehuacán-Cuicatlán

This resort is amazing! The staff, the decor, the grounds, the view and above all the FOOD! Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, with nice amenities and tons of fresh towels every day. There are several a la carte restaurants throughout the resort, and in its sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas that are part of the All Inclusive arrangement. The service is outstanding, with super friendly personnel, from bellboys and concierge, to waiters and waitresses, cleaners, gardeners, everyone is friendly and helpful. The resort is huge, with residences, time-shares and hotel rooms, several pools (two swim-up bars in infinity pools) but no sandy beach. Not a problem for me, as there are sunbeds right on the sea front. Not a party place, with mostly US and Canadian guests over 45+ or couples with very young children. It might have been the time of the year, though. Highly recommended, for a relaxing and pampered vacation! Surely would return!

Place is pretty great. They did have a pretty bad fly problem so get ready to be swatting constantly. Also, when paying for a vacation you don’t expect to be waiting for long periods of time for transfer to other parts of the hotel but they were slow. Pool was luke warm and not refreshing. Spa was great, room was great, and food was amazing.

Pueblo Bonito SUNSET is a must ! our entire stay was perfect thanks to all their amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Great pools , restaurants and getting around is so convenient with there golf cart and transportation to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts.
