'Mandatory calet (26 dollar and tip) and breakfast was only a 20 usd credit, so i got only coffee and granola with a mini muffin. The rip off definitely. Go somewhere else for a 300 usd room'

'Geen welkom geheten, sleutels grkregen, lift om de hoek. Verder geen enkele informatie over faciliteiten , ontbijt etc. Verder prima verblijf, met goed...inbegrepen...ontbijt.'

'Nieuw hotel, even buiten Charlottesville vlak bij de 29. Mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers - ideaal met kinderen. Gratis shuttle service van het hotel.'

'Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms in the suite. Excellent amenities and great privacy. Quiet. Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! 'Onderweg van Washington DC naar de Great Smokey Mountains een nacht verbleven. Keurig hotel met fijn ontbijt en faciliteiten.'

'Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean.'

'Breakfast was good, thestaff helpfull but the beds were ib bad conditions. You could feel the strings in bed'

'Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.'

'The room was lovely, parking was close and easy, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Hope to stay here again someday!'

'Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am.'
