'Mandatory calet (26 dollar and tip) and breakfast was only a 20 usd credit, so i got only coffee and granola with a mini muffin. The rip off definitely. Go somewhere else for a 300 usd room'

'Our stay at the Omni was excellent! The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. We loved both indoor and outdoor pool as well as the atrium bar and restaurant! The outside space is great and offers a break from your room. The location truly cannot be beat. We walked around the Downtown Mall multiple days to shop and eat. Monticello was a ten minutes drive and UVA is a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend and will be stay each time we...

'The Oakhurst in was definitely not up to my standards BUT the staff tried everything to make things more comfortable. Unfortunately the Inn was working off of a generator and couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. My biggest issue however was the fruit flies. They were everywhere and it really bothered me. Jake - night person in the lobby was my hero after AC shut down for the 3rd time and I decided to leave in the middle of the night.'

'Everything was wonderful from the first time we walked in to the hotel till we checked out. Very friendly and professional. The rooms were the perfect size, bed was very comfortable, couldn’t have asked for anything more. We booked our next stay before we left the parking lot!'

'Everything was clean, and there was a verity of food for breakfast, it was a quiet room, but the comforter we had did not have cover and when we tried to call the phone was broken. Also the parking was a little expensive. But over all it was a nice visit though.'

'There was plenty of available parking in the garage. The Bistro food was great. My only negative is the Bistro closed early. Staff was nice.'

'I had no idea that this hotel had almost no staff onsite. The check in/out is virtual and doesn’t even work correctly. If a really helpful maid hadn’t been there I don’t know how I would have gotten into my room. The place is very clean but totally rundown. The door to the patio off of my room didn’t even have a working lock. Someone could have easily climbed a wall and walked right into my room. I would not stay here agin.'
