'Being a seasoned traveler and doing extensive research on everywhere I stay - The Langham hotel stood out to me. From the concierge welcome, taking our bags out of the car and bringing to our room, free parking, wonderful and quick check in. This was just to start - the room was immaculate, the nicest hotel I have stayed in. 'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
