'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'The lobby area was so beautiful and the checkin employees were so nice and gave us compliment margaritas at check in. We loved the view of the city. Unfortunately they gave us a room where the ac wasn’t working properly we were hot and couldn’t sleep all night u can see they didn’t clean the side tables there was drink dry sticky rings for what we paid total the rooms should have been cleaned right and the ac should have been working right we didn’t sleep good at all due to the ac not...

'Room was fully stocked & clean. Beds were ok...not too firm or soft..I slept fine which is hard to do when I'm not at home. Reception area was clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent for standard free breakfasts & was a clean area. I didnt use the pool but it was crystal clear.
AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away.
THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA.'

'My room had loose ragged material hanging from under the mattresses. The bathroom floor was filthy. The toilet stopped up and the guests above were super loud. The hallways on the third floor had says s on the carpet from paint and construction throughout. It was not appealing at all. The staff was super nice though.'
