'Het hotel was prima en goed voor een citytrip openbaar toilet beneden had een ongelofelijke putlucht. We hebben om een aparte deken gevraagd, de meneer die 'saovnds werkte wist niet waar de lakens waren dag erna aan de receptie gevraagd met een glimlach ja gaan we regelen 3x raden wat er niet geregeld was. Jammer dat dit zo gaat. Hierdoor een slechtere nachtrust gehad. Kamer was verder helemaal prima beetje compact maar prima.'

'Nice stay with family at this hotel. Very nice big room. Kids also enjoyed the pool given it was a really hot day. 10 min walk to Arc de triumph. Champagne bottle in the room was nice touch. '

'Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!'
