'Nice little place to stay in a decent neighborhood with prime location to downtown Dallas. Lots of good food places nearby. Host is communicative with easy and reasonable rules. Outdoor area is nice if you have any pets. Designated parking spot is rough and some over head plane noise will be present. Would stay here again for sure!'

'Not recommended if you’re looking for a kitchen equipped for use. Futon couches cannot be used for sleeping. A good property for adults looking for nightlife. Great restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous rooftop area to relax. Not recommended for families with children.'

'Absolutely comfortable, clean, perfectly located place to stay while in Arlington for a few adults with no kids (as our experience was for this trip). My husband, my friend, and myself all came to town for a concert over the weekend, and were very happy with, quite literally, everything-down to the coffee and fixings. Located only minutes away from anything we needed, including the venue. Just an all around great experience. '

'The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Parking and getting into the building were very easy using the complimentary valet, and the unit itself has a fantastic view of downtown. The only small hassle was that the security bar over the access keypad blocks a couple of the numbers. The complex was very clean, and the unit was comfortable. 'We loved this property and the management. Everything was flawless. The staff was polite, efficient, and responsive. Up-to-date furnishings and amenities.
