'Beautiful gardens and pool, very clean, good AC, simple accomodations. Short walking distance to beach, zoo, bus stop , and tours. I didn't notice other hotels this close to everything that weren't huge resorts. Great location as it was much quieter and natural than PV yet a short bus ride away from the city. The beach was gorgeous and fun. Sometimes loud at night due to neighborhood music playing. Gracias !'

'They lied to me!! Airconditioning in the restaurants was broken. Luckily the rooms were not affected. I have been to this Hyatt Ziva multiple times (probably over 10) and love the property but the AC not working killed my trip. Then i find my friends went 3 weeks earlier and experienced the same issue. Staff at the resort said it would be fixed any day. They had a total of 2 fans per restaurant where guest fought for. I wont be going back....Its sad because I did love the property'

'Avoid this place if you can. My room was noisy, very dark and had a terrible chemical smell. No bedside lamps, only extremely bright ceiling lights. No visitors allowed. There’s a small pool on the roof but all the chairs were constantly claimed, even on a weekday. Some staff members were friendly. Location was good. '
