The terrace has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill with utensils, made for sunset dinners.

Limited paid parking is available on site at $50 USD per day; please ask ahead. Paid public parking is also available nearby at Estacionamiento Malecón, and there is free street parking in the area.

The building entrance has a few steps. No pets and no smoking.
