The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. A private and cozy balcony provides a peaceful view of a quiet street. For added convenience and privacy, the second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom.

KITCHEN
The sleek kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Gather around the kitchen bar with seating for 4, creating the perfect space for shared moments and culinary delights.

LIVING AREA

Adults Only:
All registered guests must be 25 years or older.

Occupancy & Visitors:
Max 4 overnight guests.
Up to 4 additional visitors are allowed during the day (must be 25+) and must leave by 12:00 AM. Visitors must register with ID at the front desk.
No visitor access to the rooftop pool.

Pool Access:
Open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Wristbands required. No glass, music, or food off tables.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM–8:00 AM throughout the building.

No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property.

Arrival Note:
The building is on a steep cobblestone hill. Uber or taxi is recommended for initial arrival to the lobby for checkin.
Once registered, guests will receive an RF wristband that provides direct street access through P2.

Housekeeping:
Midweek cleaning included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Beach gear available for rent.

Booking implies agreement to building rules and consent form. ID required in advance. Fines or eviction may apply for violations.
