Forget the cleaning fees and lugging your own bedding. Leave the list of do's and don'ts at home. We do not ask that here. No rushing to make coffee in the morning, it's already made. Don't want to spend your first day of vacation at the grocery store, groceries are there when you are. Tequila, vodka, wine, no problem, we got it. Just send your list ahead and it's there when you arrive. A complementary light breakfast done in a flash. Feeling huevos rancheros, just ask Maria ahead. We're flexible! Wet towels are refreshed, bathrooms cleaned and beds made so you don't have to bother. Need a ride fom the airport, it's done, ask Moises. Need more groceries, ask Maria. Want a great Mexican dinner, Maria does that too. Maria does know just about everything. Normally, Maria is at the house four days a week. She is often available for additional meals if requested on her off days. Maria's cooking fees are reasonable and she is easy to work with. Guests pay for their food of choice, she prepares the meals for you, and will let you know in advance what the cost will be. It is easy and fun to plan meals with her.

The villa is professionally & meticulously decorated in sophisticated Old Mexico style and equipped with modern amenities and housekeeping. Keeping in mind that many of us work outside of our offices, we offer excellent wi-fi throughout the villa. Casa Montaña graciously integrates indoor & outdoor living. Three sets of French doors open from the living room to embrace the large terrace and the inviting azure water of the pool. This private villa is a short walk (wear tennis shoes) to the Conchas Chinas white-sand beach and an easy walk or taxi ride into Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, also known as Old Town. With its picturesque gardens, cobblestone streets, galleries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and
music, Puerto Vallarta is a great walking town. A taxi or Uber is around $6 US and easy to find.

Additionally, Moises is available to help our guests with questions, or if anything should come up that requires assistance, he is there. He adheres to our philosophy of providing excellent service to our guests.

DEAR GUESTS, Regarding the well publicized incident in Puerto Vallarta in March,
I wanted to address any concerns prospective guests may have, my note follows.
*Last week, at the end of March, as the owner of Casa Montaña, I was at our villa in Puerto Vallarta and as I expected, the town was back to it's normal funloving self. The Cartel problem did not involve tourists or locals. It was a one day event which ended quickly. No one was hurt or injured. Visitors are never threatened. In my 20 years of being in Vallarta, often alone, I have never encountered any problem whatsoever. Puerto Vallarta is a safe town. If you ask any local, you will be told precisely the same thing. It didn't help that the media along with the fake AI images completely distorted the situation. For someoneone outside of Vallarta, it did appear worrisome. Understandably, we have had some cancellations, consequently, we have lowered our nightly rates for the spring and summer months. In addition, with a 5 night booking, we are offering a 6th night free.
