This is a new 1 bedroom condo in the modern Rincon de Almas development in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone.

Large one bedroom, two bathroom condo located inside of Rincon de Almas one of Zona Romantica's newest condo developments. Walk to the beach and the best restaurants, shops, and galleries Vallarta has to offer.

The condo's professionally designed interior provides style, comfort, and connectivity. The king-size bed and quality mattress ensure you a good night's rest while the Smart TV and WiFi keep you entertained and connected to life back home (if you chose to be).

The fully-equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Oven and stove, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster are at your disposal with seating for up to 4.

Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and IPTV service with all of your favorite news, sports, and entertainment channels. WiFI is available throughout the condo so you can stay connected to business back home if you need to.

Accommodates up to 3 adults, extra linens and pillows are provided to use the sofa bed in the living area.

Common Amenities

Rincon de Almas rooftop is stunning. It features 360-degree views of Puerto Vallarta's sparkling blue Bay of Banderas and its lush green mountains. Swim laps in the large pool and work off last night's tacos in the fitness center.

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

The Neighborhood

Located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance of everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
*** Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min.

The unit has a washer in the unit but no dryer. There is a laundromat a few steps from the building.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

NOTE: There is an ongoing construction project across the street from this building, which may cause disturbance and dust during working hours.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
