'Hotel was nice overall. Location is good being right on the beach. Overall the room itself was fine. Mattresses were thin and very firm, not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind it definitely impacted my sleep. Bathroom was smallish but functional, water pressure was low in the shower but manageable. We had a partial ocean view and that was fine. The balcony had a good view and had 2 decent chairs. Be aware that there is a safe in the room. For that safe the hotel charges you 2 dollars...

'I was placed in a room right behind where they were doing construction. Nothing but hammering and drilling throughout the daytime. I went to the front desk to have my room changed and she told me the only thing that was available would cost me an extra $40 a night. I checked in on April 1st and was originally supposed to check out April 5th but I left April 3rd two days early.'

'Great little spot basically right on the water! Super clean, and the staff were great. Originally gave us the key to the wrong room, but after calling the front desk the staff came right up and got us the right key and into the right room. Would definitely come back and recommend it for others. Only down side is the balcony is somewhat shared, with privacy being limited. Not a deal breaker for me. 5 stars all around! '

'We had a wonderful second stay at the Dune Suite Oceanfront and had a great time once again. This time we stayed on the 5th floor with an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely amazing. Our suite had a cute small kitchen with a nice-sized refrigerator, which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One small note is that our room only had a thick sheet rather than a traditional blanket, which may not be warm enough for...

'When we arrived for our stay the room wasn’t ready. When the room was ready the door wouldn’t open so they had go into thru the window to fix the lock. The room had misty scent. This room was a suite so there was a second room with a door, in that room with NO AC. I tried several times to get refund but they did not refund even after we checked out! We checked an hour after checking in. Think twice before booking. I DON’T RECOMMEND.!!!!'

'Check in was easy with it off season. We loved their warm complimentary cookie and they were nice giving us a room high up with a tub as requested for my son. Expedia said it had a deep soaking tub but apparently none of them have them and some only have showers so that was disappointing as my tall boyfriend was looking forward to finally fitting in a tub to soak in. $10 per night is extra to park. My son loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. I love the all glass ceiling and walls it...
