'We had a very pleasant stay at the house. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog to safely run around in. The hot tub was great. The games area in the detached garage looked cool but we didn’t really use it because it was in the upper 90’s during our visit. The driveway was wide enough to fit both of our cars and the neighborhood felt safe. Thanks for a nice vacation!'

'The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. We stayed one night for a wedding in German Village, so it was very close and we Ubered to and from the venue. It was perfect for our stay. House does have central air and the downstairs was comfortable, but the bedrooms were a bit stuffy. One bedroom did have a window unit, but no ceiling fan. (It did have a portable fan). The other bedroom had a ceiling fan but no window unit. I would still recommend this house to...

'Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. 'The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....
