'This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.'

'We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses.'

'Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. 'The hosts David and Lori were great to work with in every way. The pool was perfect with an ocean view. Lots of very friendly guests and residents who helped in many ways to make our vacation special. The condo was clean and comfortable with a new king bed and very nice linens. We would love to come back.'

We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food particles on them. Pretty disgusting. They had to be rewashed before we could use them. There were not many cooking utensils in the drawer to cook with.
