'Wonderful stay in the Poconos. Warm, cozy place and a perfect winter atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.'
