'My husband and I really like the property it was clean the restaurant where nice the people and staff was. Dry nice food was good especially the pizza place Mato . Nice and quiet our room was comfortable the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was really nice a lot of light only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t get into the pool the water was so cold I think you guys should invest in a heated pool . That was one of the reasons we came to this property. But other than that we would come...

'Place is beautiful & clean & staff were extremely respectful & attentive. We did the king concierge room. The room is spacious super clean & filled with everything you need. Everything was spotless & it smelled great. Towels were all clean & decor is marvelous. One thing it lacked was deff on the concierge level. The lounge is beautiful & very convenient for some snacks & drinks open 24/7. However, that is all its good for. They say they serve a breakfast there as well as sushi & light...

'They were remodeling rooms on my floor. All smoke detectors were cover with plasti (I have photos) even at night when no work was being done, which is dangerous and Illegal. The construction workers start bang and making lots of noise before 8am! Not a good experience.'

'This was our first time in the Poconos. The place is huge! There is plenty to do on the grounds daily. The staff, food, and environment were all very nice. They have a daily schedule of things that are going on. Also if you want to do out door activities the adventure center is right down the road. If you want to get away then this is the spot for you. I would highly recommend going here.'
