« We had the Canton room, which we found out does not have parking right outside so we had to park on the street, the parking was terrible. When we got in the room they left a used lotion, batteries low for the TV remote, and we had to wait for someone to come up to give us more toiletries and batteries. (There is no one who stays on site for room service). We went to the back to see the courtyard and it looked unkempt; leaves everywhere, outside patio furniture was covered in moss, and looked...

« Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again. »
