'Geweldige ontvangst, schitterend vormgegeven en ingericht hotel, zeer goede service, veel extra’s, midden in centrum Mexico stad gelegen. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar verder prima.'

'Everything was perfect until we check out and they said they were checking our room before checking out. The staff member came back with a bathroom towel and gave it to the receptionist and she ask what was in the towel it was kind of brown so I said dirt maybe we were out on trips all five day we were there. It felt weird that they went thru the towels. It made me very uncomfortable to have to explain what it could be.'

'Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. '

'This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.'

'Incredible hotel right in the center of downtown Mexico City. There was no shortage of places to visit and explore all within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you want to visit the city.'

'Breakfast was lovely, and the view from the salon very interesting. Room was ample, although it didn’t have the extra bed the title suggested. Staff was attentive, but they missed a couple of minor things. Would stay again, though.'
