'Parking was easy. The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean.'

'The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.'

The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous.
