El Faro Condo

I have stayed at this property in a 2 bedroom condo before. I really like the area. I had a problem accessing the condo when I arrived due to the code you need to enter. There is a property manager on site so they came and got me sorted pretty quickly. The pool was wonderful since there was a ton of seaweed coming in that week. The 1 bedroom condo was nice and well kept. I enjoyed my stay.

Ideal location of Unit

Great location and true beach view from Unit balcony. Main issue with unit was a stench in unit. A much better job can be performed regarding cleaning of unit especially bathroom fixtures. Some of bad odor in my opinion maybe coming from AC units not being cleaned or maintained correctly. Floors of unit can be swept and mopped with disinfectant on a regular basis.

This was our first time in Playa, and this place did not disappoint. In my opinion it’s the best on this stretch of beach. I would recommend to all my friends. I would give it more than 5 stars if that was possible. The infinity pool looking out to the ocean is dreamy. Absolutely loved it. Everyone that works there are so nice, n helpful. Getting a message at the pool area was so amazing I did it more the once. Would definitely stay again

Fabulous Property!

We stayed here for 3 days to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly like the pictures show. We were only two people but if you are bringing any more guests, there is a privacy curtain near the pull out couch which we thought was great if we had come with anyone else. Everything was perfect- check in and out was seamless and the staff at the front desk were so friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and the view was breathtaking. We also adhere to kosher dietary laws and this place was walking distance to some kosher restaurants. We would be happy to come here again and again!! Thank you!

Great condo, excellent location.

We had a great time at El Faro. The property was clean and safe. 24 hour security. Superb location. Stay off 5th Ave if you want to make any purchases as that area is a rip off. The saving the chair issue by the pool exists here, just like about everywhere else. The chair dance was entertaining to watch at 8:00am every morning from our ocean side deck. They are doing their best to clean up the sea weed. We felt safe walking everywhere. The police and national guard make themselves known and at no time did it feel unsafe. The food in the area was great. The condo was very comfy. Great king sized bed. Very nice bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen and there was plenty of clean drinking water. Giant TV with Netflix, Utube, Prime etc. The staff was kind and friendly.

Birthday vacation

This was our first time in the Cancun area. We were shocked at how humid it was there; uncomfortable humid. Fortunately we had an air conditioner that worked very well. The views from the balcony were amazing. The place was very clean and the bed and pillows were to our liking. Enough space for about 5 people if you are sleeping on the sofa in the living room. The person in charge of the pool was very attentive. Walmart was two blocks from condo. The only hiccup was the tv in the living room; we could not figure out how to watch a movie or regular channels (too many remote controls). We did watch movies on the bedroom tv but I would have prefer to use the gigantic tv in the living. Overall; I would recommend staying at this condo.

Perfect location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at El Farro. The room is perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Even though you are right next to Zenzi Beach Club. There is a convenience store in the building which was perfect to purchase beer and wine and Japanese peanuts. There is also a laundry room on the 1st level. Walking distance to 5th avenue where all the tourists restaurants and shopping, but I recommend going to 10th for more local authentic food. Walmart is a few minute walk. Don’t miss eating Taco’s Al Pastor at El Fargon. Rico’s Maquesita food truck for dessert. Street food is amazing! Ask the locals where to go for authentic food. On our last morning we at at the Baguette restaurant located near El Farro. It was amazing! If we had eaten there sooner we would have eaten there every morning. I definitely will stay at El Farro again!

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful, clean, modern, spacious and the perfect location. Safe and secure. Beach view near all of the shops and restaurants and ferry. Filtered water and.comfy bed. Fabulous Stay at El Faro

This condo has a gorgeous infinity pool and is steps from the ocean. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the condo was clean and well appointed. Perfect for families with a full kitchen and walking distance to WalMart for groceries. Also great for an adults only vacay with clubs, bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the ferry as well. Highly recommend! We will be back.

This is our 3rd time staying at El Faro Residences and we love it there! The location can't be beat! The condo is beautiful and sufficiently furnished with everything that we needed. The view from the balcony is incredible. The communication that we received from the owner before our stay was informative. The beach/ocean had a bit of a seaweed problem but they worked hard every morning to clean it up the best they could and the pool at the condo is huge with sufficient chairs so as unfortunate as it was that you couldn't get in the ocean, the pool was sufficient to cool you off on hot days and the private security guys were friendly and right on top of getting you a table and umbrella when you wanted one. Looking forward to a return trip sometime soon.

Best spot in PDC!

This is our second stay at El Faro. We love the location, so close to 5th ave and the beach, with Walmart and the Mega with in walking distance. Building and pool are very well kept. We are definetly returning.
