The Condominio la Dolce Vita is a nice 8 apartments building spanning 3 floors in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen. Just 5 blocks from the most trendy and modern part of 5th avenue and 7 blocks from the famous Mamita's beach club, we are situated near to great restaurants, banks, supermarkets and shopping centres.
The 8 apartments are all listed in Homeaway/VRBO (listing numbers: 3947332, 4446554, 4445257, 4739426, 4739578, 4739342, 4739550) and they are almost identical each other.

They are classifiable in 4 types (2 units per each type):
A-large balcony and private jacuzzi
B-balcony
C-no balcony but bigger living room
D-no balcony and regular living room
This listing is the type D.

Guest access

The rooftop garden with pool, palapa, lounge area and BBQ is a common area shared with the other 7 apartments of the Condominio La Dolce Vita.

-We include a cleaning service and change of towels every 3 days.

-Breakfast (coffee, milk, tea, slices of bread, jam, butter, nutella, cereals, cookies and fruit) it´s served every day except Saturday and Sunday.

The neighbourhood

The neighborhood is one of the most nice, quite and save in Playa del Carmen. There are many excellent local restaurants around.

Getting around

Every thing is reachable in less than 15 minutes walking. You really do not need more than your feet...

There are a lot of things to do in the Riviera Maya:
exploring the Mayan culture, diving and snorkeling in the caribbean see or in a 'cenote' between its with wild turtles, sharks, whales sharks, dolphins. Birds watching, sailing, fishing and spearfishing. Playing golf, kite surfing, skydiving spending a relaxing time on an amazing beach, play beach volley or beach on the 5th avenue for shopping and enjoying the excellent bars and the crazy night life on 12th street. Come to enjoy all that and more in the Riviera Maya!

Please turn off the AC while you are not at home We reserve the right to access to the apartment for turning it off. Use the AC consciously, overnight use only the one in the bedroom and leave the one in the living room off.

Only guests have access to the building Condominio La Dolce Vita. Extra guest charge from 30usd to 50usd per person. Maximum one extra guest admitted.

Breakfast is available (every day except on Saturday and Sunday) on the rooftop from 8am to 9.30am. This includes coffee, milk, tea, slices of bread, jam, butter, cereals, cookies and fruit.
