'Top hotel met super vriendelijk personeel! '

The staff worked with me to accommodate my group and organize prepayment so that everyone could check in seamlessly. 'We arrived 2 hours too early, but that wasnt a problem. We were greeted with a cold mocktail and could check in immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equiped. We had an amazing view of the see and mountainbikers (not every room has this). Amazing accommodation with 2 pools, enough beds and every pool has a great bar. We did eat once at the buffet, which has a good selection of food, good quality and friendly service....

'The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there. The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad. We couldn't try the Greek one (Meze) because it was fully booked. That seems like a big issue at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and...

'Ik heb over het algemeen een prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamers waren schoon, het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de Griekse medewerkers waren gastvrij. De ligging is mooi en het hotel heeft een rustige uitstraling. Helaas heb ik ook twee vervelende ervaringen gehad met andere hotelgasten. Op een avond zat ik op mijn balkon te eten. De balkons hadden glazen afscheidingen. Een hotelgast op het balkon onder en naast mijn kamer ging op de plantenrand van zijn balkon staan...

'Bij aankomst kregen wij een upgrade naar een veel grotere kamer/appartement wat heel fijn was. Maar qua looks was het gedateerd. Toch was het een fijn onderkomen. De mannelijke receptionist was niet heel klantvriendelijk, maar dat hebben al zijn collega's zeker goed gemaakt!'
